| A group headed by Apex principals hired R.G. Brinkmann to construct
a new high rise office building in Clayton, Missouri. A number of businesses recognized worldwide occupy the building with Apex
Oil, including Merrill Lynch, and AAA auto club. Accompanying the Merrill
Lynch Centre and the adjoining tower named the Clayton Financial Centre
